What the ranges tell you
- The bottom of each range is the cheapest pitch on the cheapest park. Most buyers pay more than the headline figure.
- Parkdean's range starts lower and ends higher. A Parkdean park can be cheaper or dearer than a Haven one; only the quote for the exact pitch tells you.
- Haven lists its running costs; Parkdean does not. Ask Parkdean for rates, gas, electricity and insurance in writing before comparing.
