We ask for as little as possible.

Reporting a fee needs no account, no email address and no name. This page describes exactly what happens to what you do send.

What we store when you report a fee

• Your figures. The park, the fee, the year, the pitch type and anything optional you chose to add.
• A salted hash of your IP address. Not the address itself. It exists only to rate-limit submissions and cannot be reversed to identify you.
• Nothing else. No account, no email, no cookies for tracking, no analytics that identify an individual.

What gets published

Fees appear as a range per park and pitch type. A park average is withheld until three owners have reported, so a single person's figure cannot be worked out from what is shown. Individual submissions are never published as individual entries.

Invoice uploads

Uploading an invoice is optional and earns a report a verified badge. The file is stored outside the public web root, is never served to anyone, and is deleted once a person has checked the figure against it. We do not need your name or address on it, and we do not keep either.

Corrections and removal

If you have reported something and want it removed, or you run a park and believe a record is wrong, email hello@sitefees.co.uk. Because submissions are anonymous we may need the park, the year and the figure to find the right record.
