Using the site

Site fees, seasons and rules on Site Fees come from the sources shown with each figure. Parks change their fees, usually every year, so always get the current fee for a pitch in writing from the park before you buy. Nothing on the site is financial or legal advice. The calculators give estimates from the figures you enter.

Listing a caravan for sale

• Listing is free. We check every listing by hand and may decline or remove any listing without giving a reason.
• You confirm that you own the caravan or are selling it for the owner, that the details and photos are accurate, and that you have checked your park agreement allows you to sell it this way.
• Your contact details are not published. Buyers send messages through Site Fees and we pass them to the email you gave. We do not pass your details to anyone else.
• Site Fees is not part of the sale. We do not inspect caravans, check ownership or handle money. Buyers should see a caravan and confirm the sale terms with the park before paying anything.
• The park's figures shown with your listing are the ones we hold for that park. They are not supplied or approved by you.
• Sold or changed your mind? Email hello@sitefees.co.uk and we will mark it sold or remove it. Listings are removed after six months unless you ask us to keep them.
