Why check first

The van is the price you see. The site fee is the one you keep paying.

  • Fees vary by thousands. 2026 site fees we hold run from £1,550 to £10,750 a year (typical £3,552), and parks a few miles apart can differ hugely.
  • They go up every year. At the 28 parks that have told us both years, the typical rise for 2027 is about 3%, and the highest is 20%. See the rises park by park.
  • The rules cost money too. Van age limits, bans on bringing your own caravan and commission when you sell on site are rarely in the brochure.
