About Site Fees.

Site Fees publishes what UK holiday parks actually charge static caravan owners each year, park by park, with the source of every figure. It is run independently by a static caravan owner in North Wales who could not find this information anywhere when choosing a park.

Where the figures come from

• Parks themselves: fees a park publishes on its website or price list, or tells us when asked as a prospective owner.
• Owners: fees reported through our fee form, checked against other evidence where we have it.
• Operators' own published ranges, shown labelled as the operator's claim, never as a park's fee.

Every figure shows its source and the date we got it. We hold 198 park fees so far. A "from" price is shown as a starting price, not a fee. Figures from sales agents' listings are shown on the park page but left out of averages. See all sources.

Is a figure wrong? We fix it

If you run a park or own a caravan on one and a figure is wrong or out of date, email hello@sitefees.co.uk with the park name and the correct figure, ideally with a price list or invoice. We correct or remove figures within two working days and note the change on the park page. Parks that send us their current fee list get a "confirmed by the park" mark on their page. Correcting a figure is always free.

Our rules on independence

• No park can pay to change, hide or soften its fee. A park that advertises with us is shown exactly as sourced.
• Fee tables, maps and "cheapest" lists are never for sale. Order is by the data, not by who pays.
• Adverts and paid listings are labelled.
• We do not sell your details. See our privacy notice.
