Is my site fee fair?
Put in your park and what you pay, and see how it compares with the parks around you, like for like. It takes ten seconds, and nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere.
How the check works
- Parks near you. We compare with every park within 10 miles whose fee we hold for the same year, widening to 20 or 30 miles if there are fewer than three.
- Like for like on VAT. Fees quoted plus VAT are compared with VAT added, the same way our park pages show them.
- Real fees, with sources. Every figure comes from a park's own price list, its reply to an enquiry, or an owner, and each park's page shows where and when.
- What it cannot see. Pitch size and position, season length and extras differ from park to park. A fee above the local middle is not automatically unfair; one well above it with less included is worth asking about.

Common questions
How do I know if my static caravan site fee is fair?
Compare it with parks near you, like for like. Across the 390 UK parks whose 2026 fee we hold, the middle figure is £3,575 a year including VAT, but fees within one area can differ several times over. Check what each fee includes (rates, water, gas, electricity), the length of the season and the pitch size before deciding a fee is high or low.
Is anything I type into the checker saved?
No. The comparison runs in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent to us unless you choose to add your fee afterwards, which is anonymous.
What if my park is not listed or has no nearby fees?
The checker widens the search to 20 and then 30 miles. If there are still too few parks to compare, it says so rather than guess. You can help by adding your own fee anonymously.
