What the big operators say for 2026
When your 2026 renewal letter arrives
- Work out the increase. Compare it with what you paid last year, as a percentage as well as in pounds.
- Check your agreement. Find the clause that says how increases are calculated. If there is no method, or the park can set any figure it likes, that term may be unfair.
- Check what is included. Rates, water and insurance are sometimes moved in or out of the fee, which changes the comparison.
- Compare. See what other parks charge, and the cheapest fees we hold.

How much will my site fees go up in 2026?
It depends on your agreement. Some parks link the increase to inflation, others set it each year. Check the increase clause in your agreement: Trading Standards guidance says a term letting the park set the price with no agreed method for working it out may be unfair.
When do parks announce next year's site fees?
Usually in the autumn, in a renewal letter or invoice for the next season, and often with a discount for paying early. That is the time to compare your fee with other parks and query an increase you do not understand.
